Born and raised in Hershey, PA, Bob graduated from Elizabethtown College and Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminaries. He resides in Manheim with his wife, Lib, who teaches Middle School at Manheim Christian Day School. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.
Bob has served as an associate pastor at Harrisonburg, VA First Church of the Brethren; as pastor of the Florin Church of the Brethren in Mount Joy, PA, and has served as pastor of the Lititz Church of the Brethren since 1998. He has also served as Associate District Executive - Atlantic Northeast District and served on the Church of the Brethren denominational staff as director of evangelism and church planting and Director of the Andrew Center.
Bob is also a member of the Ministers of Music, a male vocal ensemble since 1979 and serves on numerous denominational and ecumenical committees and boards including Brethren World Mission, Mount Gretna Campmeeting Program Committee, and New Life Ministries. |

Steve Hess, Associate Pastor

Steve was raised near Kutztown PA and graduated from United Wesleyan College and Asbury Theological Seminary. He has a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University.
Steve resides in Lititz with his wife Betty. They have two adult sons; one at home and the other married. Steve served as pastor of First Church of the Brethren at Pottstown PA for 14 years. He came to Lititz as Associate Pastor in September 1999. He enjoys preaching, teaching, and pastoral care. Please feel free to contact him with concerns or questions.

Debbie was born and raised in the suburbs of Montgomery County, PA. She graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College with a B.A in History and from Lutheran Theological Seminary with a Master’s in Religion and Christian Education. Currently, she is a doctoral student at Alvernia University. In her 29 years of ministry, Debbie has served four different denominations and eight churches. She is also an adjunct professor of Theology at Alvernia University.
Debbie is married with two sons – one at home and one married. She also has two beloved dogs – a Beagle and a Beagle/Foxhound mix.
She loves serving the Lord in her calling of Christian Education & Nurture ministries. Her specialties are Children/Youth Ministries, Teaching and Administration. Please feel free to contact her anytime with questions or concerns. |

Ken Trovinger, Director of Worship Ministries

Ken came to Lititz Church of the Brethren in 2004. He is a graduate of Manheim Central High School and Westminster College with a degree in Music Education.
Prior to Lititz, Ken served as the Director of Music for New Holland United Methodist Church from 1993 - 2001. He has been serving in music ministry since 1994 as a song writer, arranger and singer with various performing groups, and has recorded two CDs.

Scott Bacon, Director of Music Ministry

Scott Bacon has been the Director of Music Ministries at Lititz Church of the Brethren since 2004. He is a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Music Education and holds a Masters degree in Higher Education from Drexel University.
Prior to moving to Lititz, Scott served as interim Choir Director at the First Presbyterian Church in Towanda, PA, and has been a music educator for nearly 20 years. He currently is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Music at Drexel University.
Scott lives in Lititz with his wife Tammy, son Matthew and daughter Sarah.

John Huber, Organist

John Huber has been organist for the Lititz church of the Brethren since January of 1999. John studied organ with local instructor Carl Schroeder and received the Service Playing certification from the American Guild of Organists. He received his Associate of Arts degree from Hesston College where he studied with Shirley King. John is currently serving as sub-dean the Lancaster chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
John and his wife live just north of Lancaster with their five children ages seven to nineteen. He is property manager for Huber’s Villa Apartments, located in Neffsville. John is a certified professional Landlord and has been a property manager for over 20 years.
He has memberships in professional organizations to further his knowledge and insight, such as Lancaster chapter BNI,REIL (Real Estate Investors of Lancaster) and the Lancaster chapter of the American Guild of Organists. John’s hobbies include biking, hiking, reading, and almost any kind of puzzle. |

Diane Lamborn was born and raised in Chester County, PA. She graduated from Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. She resides in Paradise, PA with her husband, Richard of 39 years.
Diane and her husband are “empty nesters.” They have four grown children and four granddaughters. Diane has worked in various organizations, businesses, and churches as an Administrative Secretary. Diane and her husband attend Calvary Monument Church in Paradise, PA.
